List suppliers invited to a project and their response status
Returns every supplier invited to the project (direct invites, talent-pool invites, rehires) with the invitation message and response status: whether the supplier has viewed the invitation, indicated an intent to bid, submitted a proposal, or declined (with the decline reason). Use this to review invitations already sent; use POST on the same path to send new ones.
